Yulup is about living specification/documentation, continuous integration, delivery and deployment.
Yulup is a tool to continuously develop, maintain and manage detailed specification, in particular BDD Scenarios. It is a BDD management tool.
Yulup guides, coaches and supports you through the overall process of a project, from gathering business requirements, to agile development, to continuous testing and continuous deployment for operations. Just as DevOps bridges the gap between Development and Operations, Yulup bridges the gap between all major project stages, which are Specification (Business / Requirements Engineering), Development, Testing and Operations.
Testing starts already when the specification is being written and then re-used for development and testing itself (ONE language), which means less misunderstandings and much more efficient.
Let's be real, there are always a lot of manual tests, which are either still too complicated to automate or it is not worth the effort. Hence Yulup allows to mix manual and automatic tests.
Incremental testing, which means faster test results, scales better and change/test associations are being documented.
Yulup was originally developed to manage the development of software projects, but Yulup can be used for anything which is continuously developed.
Yulup is available as cloud service or can be setup on-premises.
